Payment policy

### Paying for your order

Payment for memorial products is arranged directly with Mackie Funeral Service & Cremation. This store’s checkout records your order; it does not collect payment from you online.

Contact Mackie Funeral Service & Cremation about payment methods, payment timing, taxes and any memorial products included in your funeral arrangements. The order details shown in this store describe the memorial products and personalization selected; the funeral home will explain how these fit into your overall arrangements.

### Payment questions

For a payment or refund question, contact Mackie Funeral Service & Cremation at andy@mackiefh.com or 828-396-3385. Any payment collected by the funeral home is handled by the funeral home.
