Payment policy

### Paying for your order

Payment for memorial products is arranged directly with Ricks Chapel. This store’s checkout records your order; it does not collect payment from you online.

Contact Ricks Chapel about payment methods, payment timing, taxes and any memorial products included in your funeral arrangements. The order details shown in this store describe the memorial products and personalization selected; the funeral home will explain how these fit into your overall arrangements.

### Payment questions

For a payment or refund question, contact Ricks Chapel at ariberman17@gmail.com or 323-590-9540. Any payment collected by the funeral home is handled by the funeral home.
